Product Overview

Contactless door release for modern access control

The LECXO Touchless Exit Button is an infrared proximity sensor designed for access control systems. It provides a hygienic, contact-free method of unlocking doors by simply waving a hand within the sensing range.

It is ideal for offices, hospitals, hotels, schools, factories, commercial buildings and other locations where touch-free operation improves convenience and hygiene.

With a sensing distance of 0.1-10 cm, stainless steel construction and universal NO/NC/COM relay output, it is a practical solution for magnetic locks, electric strikes and automatic door systems.

Timer Note

Door unlock timing is usually set by the controller

The exit button itself typically does not contain the adjustable door-open timer. The sensor triggers a relay output, while the access controller or magnetic lock controller determines how long the door remains unlocked.

Most access controllers allow unlock time configuration from around 1 second up to 99 seconds or more, depending on the controller. Some touchless switches include fixed or selectable relay timings, but the door unlock duration is most commonly managed by the access control panel.
